5754 ships are widely used in ship structures such as welded structures, storage tanks and pressure vessels. They generally have excellent processing properties, excellent corrosion resistance, high fatigue strength and high weldability.
Cracks, corrosion spots and nitrate traces are not allowed on the surface of the 5754 cargo ship aluminum plate. The surface shall be allowed to have peeling, air bubbles, surface roughness and local mechanical damage not exceeding 8% of the nominal thickness of the part where the defect is located, but the maximum depth of the defect shall not exceed 0.5 mm, and the total area of the defect shall not exceed 5% of the total area of the sheet. .
