> Aluminum welding wire rod
Aluminum welding wire rods are widely used as filler materials for aluminum alloy argon arc welding and gas welding. The selection of welding wire should be based on the type of welding target, and the requirements of joint crack resistance, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance should be considered comprehensively. Under normal circumstances, welding aluminum and aluminum alloys are welded with the same or similar grade of welding wire as the welding target. For example, if the welding target alloy is 1060, then we need to use 1060 aluminum welding wire, if the welding target is 5183 or 5 series Aluminum alloy, then if we choose aluminum welding wire rods, we can choose 5183 aluminum welding wire, the aluminum welding color is similar to 5183 alloy, such as aluminum mig welding wire 5356, 5554 aluminum welding wire, 5556 aluminum welding wire, which can get better corrosion resistance. However, if the welding target is heat-treated-strengthened aluminum alloy with a high tendency of welding hot cracking, the choice of welding wire is mainly to solve the crack resistance. At this time, the composition of the welding wire is very different from the composition of the welding target.
1. Aluminum electrode has good fluidity, low price and excellent process performance;
2. Aluminum electrode has a low melting point, good wettability and the ability to fill gaps;
3, aluminum electrode has high strength, good plasticity, conductivity and corrosion resistance;
Aluminum welding wire can be brazed by melting argon arc welding (MIG welding), tungsten argon arc welding (TIG welding), gas welding and plasma arc welding.
Argon arc welding is a more perfect method for welding aluminum and aluminum alloys. Due to the protective effect of argon and the cathodic crushing effect of argon ions on the oxide film, argon arc welding can eliminate the need for flux, which avoids the corrosion of the joints by residues after welding.
In addition, the argon flow scouring the welding area during welding significantly cools the joint, thereby improving the structure and performance of the joint. TIG welding or MIG welding can be used for argon arc welding. MIG and TIG welding methods mainly use pure Ar as the shielding gas. Thin plate structures are generally welded by hand TIG, while thick plates are welded by MIG. In TIG welding, AC power is generally used, while DC reverse connection is used in MIG welding. According to the different welding methods, we use different aluminum welding wire types. If it is MIG welding, aluminum mig welding wire is required, and if it is TIG welding, aluminum tig welding wire is required.
Aluminum mig welding wire is the aluminum welding wire used when the MIG welding method is adopted. MIG (Metal Inert-Gas Welding) welding is molten inert gas shielded arc welding, which uses inert gas such as Ar as the main protective gas, including pure Ar or Ar A small amount of active gas (such as less than 2% O2 or less than 5% CO2 gas) is mixed with a small amount of active gas in the gas to carry out the welding method of molten electrode arc welding. When MIG welding aluminum, because the melting speed of the aluminum welding wire is very fast, the wire feeding speed is high; the aluminum welding wire has low rigidity and is relatively soft. When welding, the thin welding wire is easy to bend, which affects the normal welding. Therefore, aluminum mig welding wire is generally used. MIG welding wire is generally coiled or disk-shaped.

Aluminum TIG welding rod wire is the aluminum welding wire used when TIG welding method is adopted. TIG (tungsten inert gas welding) welding is a welding method with pure Ar as shielding gas and tungsten electrode as electrode. aluminum TIG welding rods are supplied in straight strips of a certain length (usually 1m). If TIG welding is adopted, aluminum TIG welding rod wire shall be adopted accordingly. Our company can develop and produce aluminum TIG and MIG welding wires according to user requirements.

In the welding process, you must select the appropriate aluminum welding rod wire. Different aluminum plates have different requirements for aluminum welding rod wire. You need to select aluminum welding rods wires that match the compression and tensile capabilities. The aluminum welding rods wires commonly used on ships are determined by the marine aluminum plate alloy. Usually 5000 series aluminum alloy and 6000 series aluminum alloy, the commonly used aluminum welding rod wire models are 5183, 5356 and 5556 aluminum-magnesium welding rods wires.

aluminum flux core wire welding is also called aluminum alloy brazing sheet. When brazing aluminum alloy using brazing under vacuum, vacuum brazing, flame brazing, high frequency brazing, etc., it is supplemented with aluminum brazing solvent. (Commonly known as aluminum solder) will work better together. When the aluminum alloy is brazed, the difference between the melting points of the brazing material and the weldment is very small, so it is more accurate in terms of temperature adjustment than other brazing requirements.
Henan Chalco has domestic advanced aluminum welding wire manufacturing equipment, and mature and stable production technology to ensure that the finished aluminum welding wire has strict internal materials, clean and bright surfaces, and good wire feeding and arc performance.
The aluminum welding wire we produce is widely used, such as shipbuilding, radiator, automobile industry, etc. The product categories include flux-cored aluminum welding wire, MIG aluminum welding wire, TIG aluminum welding wire, aluminum alloy welding rod, aluminum alloy including ER5356 aluminum welding wire (aluminum welding rod), ER5183 aluminum welding wire (aluminum welding rod), ER5556, ER5554 aluminum welding wire (aluminum welding rod) and other types of aluminum alloy welding wire.
